Full-time role: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
Minimum 18 months Canadian work experience is essential
Previous experience working in a printing or copy shop (1 year minimum)
Previous professional driving experience (1 year minimum)
Basic knowledge of vehicles – checking oil, tires pressure, etc.
Competent to use a PC computer, mouse, and email
Good communication skills
Ability to speak well with customers and staff regarding job status, you are the liaison between the customer/our staff and the drivers/courier companies

Job Responsibility

Checking paperwork against printed jobs, and wrapping those jobs for delivery
Job invoicing
Receiving Packages, and Inventory Management
Creating transmittals and calling courier companies for pick up
Scheduling simple and low volume driving routes for 1-2 part time drivers
Marking sure jobs arrive at client’s offices on time
Assisting drivers when required, and delivering rush orders when necessary
