Job Description

We’re looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our high-performing team, offering a competitive basic salary of £28,571 plus a great range of company benefits. As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard, ready for sale within a 72-hour turnaround. Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment checks including employment history, address verification, credit history, criminal record and driving licence checks.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out initial cosmetic inspections when vehicles arrive
  • Coordinating all preparation work, including paintwork, wheel refurbishment, trim repairs and valeting
  • Ensuring all vehicles are photographed and presented to a retail-ready standard
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with vehicle descriptions
  • Conducting final quality checks once preparation is complete
  • Managing logistics and movement of vehicles between sites where required

Requirements

  • Highly organised and motivated, with a disciplined approach to your work
  • A confident communicator who can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-focused with strong attention to vehicle presentation
  • Comfortable using technology
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
