Job Responsibility:

Coordinating the preparation of all vehicles within 72 hours of their arrival
Carrying out first-look inspections and logging vehicle condition
Scheduling cosmetic work, including wheel refurbishment, paintwork, trim repairs, valeting, and photography
Supporting the Sales Manager with accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions
Checking that each vehicle meets quality standards before it’s returned to the sales area or moved to other sites
Helping with logistics and ensuring vehicles are ready for the next stage of their journey

Requirements:

Experience within the automotive industry or managing preparation
A practical and organised mindset
Clear and respectful communication skills
Confidence using technology
A detail-focused approach and a can-do attitude
Comfort working both solo and as part of a wider team
A full UK driving licence
