Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating the preparation of all vehicles within 72 hours of their arrival
  • Carrying out first-look inspections and logging vehicle condition
  • Scheduling cosmetic work, including wheel refurbishment, paintwork, trim repairs, valeting, and photography
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions
  • Checking that each vehicle meets quality standards before it’s returned to the sales area or moved to other sites
  • Helping with logistics and ensuring vehicles are ready for the next stage of their journey

Requirements:

  • Experience within the automotive industry or managing preparation
  • A practical and organised mindset
  • Clear and respectful communication skills
  • Confidence using technology
  • A detail-focused approach and a can-do attitude
  • Comfort working both solo and as part of a wider team
  • A full UK driving licence
