Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Vehicle Progressor to join our successful and fast‑paced team at Vertu Hyundai Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets our high preparation and presentation standards before going on sale. As a Vehicle Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end preparation of vehicles, ensuring each one is ready for sale within 72 hours of arrival and meets Vertu group standards at every stage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out initial cosmetic inspections when vehicles arrive on site
  • Coordinating all aspects of vehicle preparation, including: Wheel refurbishment, Paint and trim repairs, Valeting, Photography for online advertising
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with vehicle descriptions and verbatim comments
  • Quality checking vehicles once preparation is complete
  • Managing vehicle logistics, including movements between dealerships and preparation sites
  • Supporting the smooth organisation of vehicles ready for sale

Requirements:

  • Has a keen eye for detail and high quality standards
  • Is driven, motivated and well organised
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is confident using technology
  • Holds a full UK driving licence (vehicle collection and delivery may be required)
