Job Responsibility

Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible standards and service levels
Manage the throughput of prep vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, and alloy wheel repairs as well as valet and logistics
Maximising the productivity of the team which includes Technicians, cosmetic repairers, vehicle progressor and valeters
Managing the team and maintaining the adherence to the Vertu values
Ensuring that the Manufacturers/Vertu standards are adhered to at all times
Maintaining a safe working environment
Coaching and measuring colleague performance
Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team

initial cosmetic inspections when booking vehicles in

assist the sales manager in writing the verbatim comments
quality checking the condition of all vehicles once preparation is completed
logistics for vehicles being returned to required dealerships
organising vehicles for preparation for sale
collection and delivery of vehicles to customers
