We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Vehicle Processing & Warehouse Associate to support the efficient processing and delivery of vehicles, as well as manage incoming and outgoing shipments. This dual-role position involves safely driving and inspecting vehicles, installing accessories, and performing warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments in accordance with company and industry standards
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and store inventory
Maintain organized, accurate records of shipments and inventory
Ensure all shipping and receiving areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company policies
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support efficient workflow
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
Safely handle automotive parts, accessories, and related materials
Safely operate and maneuver all makes and models of vehicles under various conditions
Install accessories on new vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
Perform quality checks to verify correct fit, function, and installation of accessories
Conduct final vehicle inspections for defects or installation issues
Assist with peer training and support
Perform ramp driving duties and proper vehicle placement in load lines
Secure and document the receipt of parts and maintain shop tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain compliance with company standards
Complete required documentation and reports for the final check process
Handle customer and consumer data responsibly in compliance with data privacy standards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of basic accessory shop productivity metrics
Professional-level driving skills and ability to meet TMS Audit Criteria
Willingness to cross-train in other areas
Must pass a drug screening
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 100 lbs.
Full range of motion including stooping, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, crouching, and crawling
Specific vision abilities required: close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
