Job Responsibility

  • Carry out inspections, maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation of HGV vehicles to DVSA standard
  • Completion of relevant paperwork and working to tight deadlines in a busy garage environment
  • Assist the team in maintaining and repairing other vehicles and equipment including cars, agricultural machinery, etc.

Requirements

  • Motivated and flexible with great communication skills
  • Experience in vehicle mechanics coupled with a relevant qualification
  • Semi-Skilled or Car/Agricultural/Plant trained an advantage
  • HGV class 1 or 2 license (desirable but not necessary)

Nice to have

  • HGV class 1 or 2 license
  • Car/Agricultural/Plant trained
