Job Description

As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London [TfL] Quality Assurance systems. Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria. Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers. Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required. Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation. Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes.
