Vehicle Inspector - Mobile NSL, part of Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Inspector to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Applicants must also have experience driving manual vehicles, as this is a key requirement of the position.** What you'll be doing: As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London [TfL] Quality Assurance systems. Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licencing criteria Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required Updating the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes What we're looking for: Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licencing rules Excellent customer service skills Effective time management and organisational skills Strong report writing abilities Full UK Driving License What's in it for you?
