Job Description:

Vertu Accident Repair Centre Harrogate is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. We’re offering a competitive salary up to £39,000, plus an excellent range of company benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Producing accurate repair estimates using manufacturer methods
  • Clearly outlining work required
  • Ensuring estimates are fair and reasonable through effective negotiation with insurance engineers
  • Supporting management in maintaining efficient processes that deliver customer satisfaction levels consistently above the national manufacturer average
  • Working confidently with both colleagues and customers
  • Using internal systems and strong communication skills
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Maintaining a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies
  • Upholding excellent site housekeeping

Requirements:
