As a Vehicle Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery. Working closely with colleagues across the dealership, you'll ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibility
Processing vehicle invoices and taxation accurately and efficiently
Creating and maintaining customer and vehicle records
Ensuring a clean, accurate customer database and vehicle history records
Ordering vehicles through manufacturer systems
Coordinating subcontract work where required
Monitoring vehicle orders and progressing them through to delivery
Supporting the dealership in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
Previous Vehicle Administration experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong IT and numerical abilities
A proactive and positive approach to work
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Nice to have
Experience using Kerridge
