Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to come and join our successful team in our Volvo & Mercedes Admin hub based in Volvo Exeter!

Job Responsibility

  • Making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time
  • Creating vehicle and customer records
  • Facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history
  • Delivering the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers
  • Ordering vehicles from the factory
  • Organising subcontract work
  • Progressing the order through to point of delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator
  • Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills

Nice to have

Kerridge experience
