Job Description:

Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking for a role where your skills make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome a Vehicle Administrator to our friendly team at Vertu VC Admin Hub in Northampton.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately processing invoices and vehicle taxation on time
  • Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to ensure a clean, reliable database
  • Supporting internal and external customers with excellent service
  • Ordering vehicles from the factory, arranging subcontract work, and managing orders through to delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Kerridge experience is helpful but not mandatory
  • Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Nice to have:

Kerridge experience
