Join a high‑impact Marketing Operations team driving continuous improvement across digital content, review workflows, and operational systems. This role owns key projects across commercial and medical teams, optimizing processes, enhancing platforms, and improving efficiency and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Marketing Ops projects focused on workflow optimization and system upgrades
Own content review processes across digital, print, CRM, and email assets
Manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure operational performance
Oversee regulatory submission workflows and review-cycle governance
Train cross‑functional teams on system enhancements and best practices
Support print production and operational needs for events and business priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 10 years of related experience
In-Depth technical knowledge of the Veeva Vault platform
inclusive of PromoMats and Vault Medica
Strong project management skills in regulated environments
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational strength
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a solution‑oriented mindset
