Are you looking for a new challenging in leading the planning and implementation of Regulatory Information Management System (RIM)? Proclinical is working alongside an established pharmaceutical company to recruit for an RIM Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing the overall program schedule, milestones, coordination of tasks outside the project with non-RIM resources, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, task assignments, and coordinating communications among members of the team and with other groups.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead data extraction strategy and migration planning for all Regulatory documents
  • Co-ordinate data remediation/cleaning and facilitate pre-migration user acceptance testing & validation strategy
  • Prepare data migration input files and prepare and execute data staging
  • Program and project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team
  • Communicate between the project team, external vendor, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Competent in project management of Veeva Regulatory Information Management System
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Regulatory Information Management Systems
  • Previous experience of working with Veeva or similar RIM for within the Regulatory department is essential
  • Hands-on experience of data cleansing, extraction and migration for pharmaceutical products
  • Significant experience in technology implementation services, in life sciences or healthcare
  • Technical abilities and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to design, configure and implement a RIM solution
  • Strong agile thinker who can adapt to situations of high-speed change
  • Problem solver who can work through complex issues
  • Candidate must demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Must demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards
