Job Description

This role will support LATAM business teams — primarily in Brazil and Colombia — ensuring smooth user administration, system configuration, data maintenance, and functional support in a remote working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and support the Veeva CRM platform for field and internal users
  • Manage user creation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls
  • Configure and maintain layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports
  • Support CLM content management and deployment
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Perform data uploads, cleansing, and integrity checks
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Assist in UAT, release management, and deployment activities
  • Maintain documentation for configurations and processes
  • Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Veeva CRM Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM (built on Salesforce platform)
  • Experience with user management, configuration, and basic customization
  • Knowledge of reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • English (mandatory) + Fluent Portuguese & Spanish

Nice to have

  • Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
  • Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals
  • Exposure to Veeva Vault (nice to have)
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
  • Language certifications (CELPE-Bras, DELE, SIELE, IELTS, TOEFL) are a plus
