Job Responsibility:
Planning and leveraging campaigns and activities to increase subscriber number and motivating the partners and their sales team to offer and deploy company's products and services
Achieve the realization of the monthly targets of exclusive channel and field sales channels
Making the people to obey the company policy documents, ethic codes and principals
Having at least 1 successor
To implement the sales strategies
Planning, budgeting, analysis to ensure
To set the targets and objectives within the assigned territory
To support the sales points to meet and exceed company goals and their respective objectives
To watch market trends to find alternative ways to increase market share and revenue

Requirements:
University degree
Minimum 4 years of experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to think, plan and act strategically
Broad Experience in a management role leading teams of field sales professionals
Mobile, wireless or telecom industry experience
Driving licence
Development of people and organization
Setting the targets and ensuring the people meet and exceed their objectives
Good customer experiences
Strategies, planning, budgeting, analysis to deliver the company goals and objectives within the assigned territory
Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
