Develop and enforce Revit content standards, naming conventions, and library organization
Ensure all families are accurate, parametric, and production-ready
Manage and maintain a centralized Revit family library with proper version control and accessibility
Continuously improve content based on feedback from detailers, coordinators, and field personnel
Develop, maintain, and quality-control Autodesk Fabrication parts (ITMs) used within Revit, ensuring accurate configuration, proper connector behavior, and alignment with shop fabrication standards
Own and administer the Autodesk Fabrication database (CADmep / ESTmep / CAMduct), including services, specifications, materials, and connectors, recognizing its impact on Revit, Stratus, and broader fabrication workflows
Lead setup and configuration of new Revit project files, including key plans and view templates, scope boxes for drawing organization and sheet management, shared parameters, project parameters, and system classifications, workset structure
Develop and maintain standardized Revit project templates aligned with company workflow

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills across office and field teams
Problem-solving skills related to model performance and content optimization
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Fabrication (CADmep / ESTmep / CAMduct) and how fabrication parts (ITMs) function within Revit, including services, specifications, connectors, and materials
Experience administering or maintaining a Fabrication database and an understanding of how changes to that database ripple through Revit, Stratus, and downstream fabrication workflows
Familiarity with the Revit API and Fabrication API is a plus — coding is not required, but the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, define clear acceptance criteria, and scope automation or tooling work is highly valued
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
