VCI Senior Project Manager (VOIS)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and milestones
• Facilitate regular interactions with project stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve issues effectively
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and methodologies
• Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring clarity and transparency across stakeholders
• Prepare and present status reports, consolidating insights from data analysis and project updates
• Manage change requests, ensuring all stakeholders understand impacts on timelines and budgets
• Support development of user documentation, training materials, and handover processes to ensure smooth implementation
• Monitor client satisfaction and secure acceptance of deliverables during and after project completion
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities

• Demonstrated experience (typically 6–8 years) delivering large-scale IT or ERP projects or programmes
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines
• Strong understanding of established project delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience managing budgets and overseeing complex project environments
• Familiarity with ERP implementation and infrastructure or construction-related projects
• Educational background in a relevant field (bachelor’s or master’s degree)

Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous
