Job Description

Our client, a large systems integrator, is looking to hire a VCF Ops Architect for a 6-month remote contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting multiple projects and serving as oversight for all VCF Operations
  • Work closely with the team’s Aria Automation Architect
  • Responsible for the design, deployment and configuration of VCF Operations
  • Deliver expert-level Aria Operations skills, including Super Metrics design, customization, and analytics

Requirements

  • Expert-level understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architecture, deployment, and operations
  • Advanced understanding of vSphere, vSAN, and NSX (NSX-T)
  • Expert-level Aria Operations, including Super Metrics design, customization, and analytics
  • Strong ServiceNow integration skills
  • Experience with SDDC lifecycle management (LCM) using SDDC Manager
  • Automation and scripting (PowerCLI, Python, REST APIs)
  • Experience with storage architecture and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in virtualized environments
  • Experience with hybrid cloud and public cloud integrations
