Vce Exam Supervisor

• Supervise VCE examinations in accordance with VCAA regulations and College procedures
• Ensure examination conditions are maintained fairly and consistently
• Distribute, collect, and account for examination materials accurately
• Support students by providing clear instructions and maintaining a calm environment
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the Chief Supervisor promptly

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and discreet under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow strict procedures
• Previous supervision or education experience is desirable but not essential
• Must hold a valid visa and/or full Australian Working Rights
• Cannot be related to or associated with any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study
• Cannot be teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study
• Cannot be related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school
