Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Define and create VCB cable harness technical requirement according to the regulations and internal specifications. Responsible for the complete vehicle VCB cable harness schematic, circuit diagram and bundle design in Saber or Capital. Responsible for the VCB harness routing and packaging in Catia. Responsible for the VCB harness 2D drawing and Mounting drawing design. Release the VCB harness requirement and design to supplier, manage the design change. Work with purchasing team to secure supplier fulfill the requirements to the product. Work with cross function team including system owners, component owners, Chassis workstream to complete the VCB harness design on the vehicle level. Work with production team to design the VCB harness assembly instruction. Verify the VCB harness design on the harness level. Carry out VCB harness and components investigation, measurement and verification on test vehicle with the measurement tool independently. Select the level 2 parts(connector, cable, fuse, relay…) according to the power load calculation, internal specification and interface requirement. Support the level 2 parts test verification and iteration in the new vehicle introductions. Investigate the VCB harness new technology, new material, propose and introduce to the new vehicle introduction. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electric/Electronic/Automotive Engineering etc. 3~5 years in automotive Industry including 2+ years direct working with VCB harness area. Good command of English in speech & writing. Commercial Vehicles E/E architecture. Office, FMEA version 5 or other failure analysis method. Knowledge of the general vehicle power supply system, 12V & 24V electrical components. Problem-solving skills. CAD skill on Catia/UG, Saber/Capital and power simulation tools. Hands-on, very good motivation, team work, clear, objective and transparent communication. Customer oriented, Entrepreneur, Creative, Innovation focused.
