Do you want to help develop next‑generation 5G wireless products in a fast‑paced, collaborative technical team? Ericsson offers an exciting opportunity to join our Radio Verification team, working on multi‑standard radio hardware design verification.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and participate in formal design verification activities for new multi‑standard radio hardware (NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)
  • Plan, develop and execute test cases to verify physical layer radio performance and conformance to 3GPP standards
  • Formally document test plans, procedures and results
  • present findings to stakeholders
  • Operate and maintain RF test equipment and the hardware development lab environment
  • help enhance lab capabilities and tooling
  • Work cross‑functionally with hardware, firmware, systems and test teams to identify, isolate and resolve issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes and the overall success of the Radio Verification team

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of RF concepts and experience using RF test equipment in a lab environment
  • Experience with radio performance verification for one or more of NR, LTE, WCDMA or GSM
  • Solid knowledge of 3GPP physical layer performance and conformance test standards
  • Solid understanding of basic communications theory and wireless system technology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills plus excellent written and spoken English
