Job Description:

Our Edinburgh branch is seeking Warehouse Operatives (known internally as Vault Operatives) to support our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the branch
  • Support with a fleet of high spec security armoured vehicles
  • Collate deliveries and collections
  • Safe loading and unloading of customers' money
  • Provide an effective communication chain between branch management and road crew
  • Liaise and communicate with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements
  • Comply with all vault and dispatch procedures and systems in accordance with company standards
  • Monitor the standard of documentation and issue of security equipment

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
  • Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
  • Exceptional customer service and a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • An eye for detail and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to operate within a secure working environment
  • Adherence to policies and procedures to ensure safety
