Vault Operative

• Assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the branch
• Support with a fleet of high spec security armoured vehicles
• Responsible for collating deliveries and collections
• Safe loading and unloading of customers' money
• Provide an effective communication chain between branch management and road crew
• Liaise and communicate with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements

• Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
• Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
• High level of integrity
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and succeed
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to operate within a secure working environment
• Exceptional customer service and a high degree of professionalism

• Compliance with all vault and dispatch procedures and systems
• Ability to monitor the standard of documentation and issue of security equipment
• Due to shift times, access to appropriate transportation for commuting is essential
