Job Responsibility:

Exhibits a comprehensive intuitive grasp of clinical situations & is able to mobilize needed resources to achieve patient outcomes
Responsible for independently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation & documentation of pediatric patient care
Selects & administers the appropriate care, taking into consideration the age, developmental level & size of the patient
Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health & healing
Able to identify limitations of self and/or other clinical staff & seek & mobilize resources, as needed
Requirements:

BLS for Health Providers (American Heart Association)
California RN License
Ped Adv Life Support Prov(American Heart Association)
PALS
