Requirements

Previous experience in mechanical and electrical fitting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Willingness to go on a MOT testers course if not already a qualified tester

Job Responsibility

Carrying out high-quality inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure all vehicles meet our exacting standards before they are returned to customers or released to market
Following a job card to carry out approved repairs
Removing and refitting parts across multiple brands of vehicles
Ability to understand and follow advised customers repair standards
Ability to problem solve and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues
Completing safety checks (Mechanical Inspections) on newly arrived vehicles
Ensure all repairs are carried out to a high standard and quality check your own work
Maintain a tidy and safe work environment
