Van Driver

• Operate a van to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or queries from clients
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of goods

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is essential
• Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles is beneficial for troubleshooting minor issues on the road
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
