Job Description:

Do you have a flair for property valuations and a passion for people? Are you an ambitious Valuer ready to take the next step in your estate agency career? Would you like to work with a respected, successful, and customer-focused estate agency? Gillespie Recruitment are proud to be working with our client – a highly regarded and long-established estate agency – who are looking to recruit a Valuer to join their friendly and professional team based in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, charismatic, and driven individual with proven experience in property valuations and business generation.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out professional property valuations for both sales and lettings
Creating opportunities for new instructions through consistent prospecting
Preparing detailed marketing materials and online property listings
Following up previous valuations to convert leads into instructions
Winning new business and building lasting client relationships
Cross-selling related property services and products
Staying informed about the local property market and competitors

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
A strong record in securing new instructions and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
A proactive, target-driven approach with a focus on success
Knowledge of the local property market (Northallerton and surrounding areas)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
