Gillespie Recruitment are proud to be working with our client – a highly regarded and long-established estate agency – who are looking to recruit a Valuer to join their friendly and professional team based in Seaham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, charismatic, and driven individual with proven experience in property valuations and business generation.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out professional property valuations for both sales and lettings
  • Creating opportunities for new instructions through consistent prospecting
  • Preparing detailed marketing materials and online property listings
  • Following up previous valuations to convert leads into instructions
  • Winning new business and building lasting client relationships
  • Cross-selling related property services and products
  • Staying informed about the local property market and competitors

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
  • A strong record in securing new instructions and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a focus on success
  • Knowledge of the local property market (Seaham and surrounding areas)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
