Job Description:

Our client Neo Next are looking for a Value Assurance Coordinator for a contract position until the year end. NEO NEXT is experiencing increased Value Assurance activity and complexity which has increased the operational workload within the Value Assurance function. Temporary technical support is required to maintain robust and efficient delivery. This Scope of Work defines a time-limited individual contractor engagement supporting coordination, reporting, workflow management and streamlining. The objective is to provide short-term technical support to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, support workflow streamlining, and release leadership capacity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day coordination of Value Assurance activities
  • Support forward planning and scheduling of assurance activity
  • Liaison with project teams and governance forums
  • Preparation of materials for Value Assurance reviews and governance forums
  • Tracking of actions, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Maintenance of clear assurance records and audit trails
  • Collation, formatting, and quality-checking of Value Assurance reports
  • Standardisation of reporting outputs and distribution lists
  • Clearance of reporting and documentation backlog
  • Identification and implementation of opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Practical use of existing digital tools to reduce manual effort
