Job Description:

The Contractor, Value & Access Evidence Communication possesses a deep understanding of the HEOR methods and the payer perspective in US and global markets. This individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of resources to enhance awareness and application of HEOR evidence for our products to support market access efforts. This individual fosters relationships and works in close collaboration with the International Business Unit and other commercial and medical teams including International Business, Market Access, Health Economics, Real-World Evidence, Payer Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Training. This individual also contributes to the generation and dissemination of customer insights that inform strategic planning for market access, evidence generation, and communication, and supports measuring the impact of our resources for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to and/or lead the development of evidence slide decks, field tools, infographics, and other key resources to present HEOR/real-world evidence to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of key access communication materials, such as payer value propositions and global value dossiers, in collaboration with Global Market Access (GMAX), US Payer Marketing, and other internal partners
  • Partner with International teams and GMAX to identify areas where distributors or other stakeholders in ex-US markets could benefit from deeper understanding of HEOR/real-world evidence and serve as a resource for communication and training
  • Attend key US and International payer meetings and conferences where necessary to support field teams in explanation and representation of HEOR/real-world evidence and assist in insight gathering
  • Present published HEOR and real-world evidence and provide training on field tools/resources as required to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture within the International Business Unit and broader cross-functional matrix teams

Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, or Healthcare-related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of biotech/pharma/life science industry experience, with at least 2 years in a value communication, HEOR, or market access-focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and accurate narratives
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including relationship building and stakeholder management with ability to champion cross-functional collaboration and influence in a matrix environment without official authority
  • Strong US and ex-US market access acumen, including a deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, payer evidence requirements, and health technology assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in value communications including direct experience developing at least some of the following: payer value propositions, global value dossiers, local submission dossiers, HTA scientific advice briefing books
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and ability to transition to tactical execution
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and data visualization
