This pivotal role focuses on delivering rigorous valuation analysis and building robust financial models that power high-stakes investment decisions. You will serve as a core engine of the investment team, shaping impactful transactions and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and refine advanced valuation models, including DCF with WACC, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses
  • Construct and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts to support decision-making
  • Design deal models such as LBO, merger (base version), and accretion/dilution to evaluate transaction impact
  • Build and customize industry-specific models, including sale-leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV models
  • Lead bespoke transaction modeling for complex scenarios: RMT, spin/carve-outs, IP licensing, and more
  • Perform advanced due diligence with deep dives into specialized verticals, including unit economics and cohort trend analyses
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven 2+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, corporate development, or strategic finance at tier 1 U.S. companies or Fortune 500 firms
  • Expertise in core valuation methodologies and financial modeling fundamentals
  • Hands-on proficiency in deal modeling (LBO, merger, accretion/dilution) and industry-specific models
  • Proven ability to manage bespoke, complex transaction analyses and due diligence processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and interface with global stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis toolkit
