Requirements:

  • Conduct comprehensive valuations of student housing (PBA) assets using income, cost, and comparative methods
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for institutional lenders, investors, and fund managers
  • Analyze rental markets, occupancy trends, and student demographic data
  • Review and assess development appraisals for student housing projects
  • Monitor market performance and prepare quarterly valuation updates
  • Work across the Southern Europe team
  • Track Spanish and European student housing market trends and performance metrics
  • Analyze university enrollment data, supply pipeline, and rental growth patterns
  • Maintain databases of comparable transactions and rental evidence
  • Prepare market commentary and sector insights for clients
  • Support senior team members in client presentations and meetings
  • Respond to client queries and provide technical valuation support
  • Assist in pitch preparations and business development activities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the student housing sector
  • Ensure all valuations comply with RICS Red Book and local regulatory standards
  • Participate in internal quality review processes
  • Maintain CPD requirements and professional development
