We are seeking a Manager to join our Valuation Advisory and M&A team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of transaction-related engagements, supporting clients with valuation, financial modelling, and M&A advisory services across multiple industries.
Job Responsibility
Perform valuations of businesses, financial instruments (including derivatives), and intangible assets for diverse purposes such as transactions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making
Develop and review financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, and precedent transactions analyses
Support M&A engagements across the deal lifecycle
Buy-side and sell-side advisory
Financial analysis and deal structuring support
Preparation of information memoranda and management presentations
Prepare valuation reports, transaction documents, and client presentations
Conduct market, industry, and company-specific research
Interact with clients and support meetings and negotiations
Assist with proposals, pitch materials, and business development initiatives
Coach and support junior team members as required
Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience for a Manager within: Valuation advisory, M&A, or corporate finance
Investment banking, boutique advisory, or professional services firms
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and transaction processes
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience preparing client-ready reports and presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar)
Exposure to financial reporting valuations (e.g. PPA, impairment testing)
Experience working with cross-border or international transactions
Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
