Job Description

The Validation Laboratory Operations Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing validation activities for Validation Lab. This role ensures efficient utilization of validation equipment, managing daily operations activities including maintenance and calibration, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and optimize the use of validation laboratory equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and availability
  • Prepare and manage test schedules, priorities, and resource allocation in line with project requirements
  • Supervise maintenance activities to ensure proper functioning, reliability, and availability of laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate and oversee calibration activities for validation machines, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness of laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate all purchasing activities in department
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and laboratory best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field) or relevant technical background
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Travel is required, at the initial stage, for extended period of time. Then, up to 15% of the time
