Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Valeter to join our Birmingham team. This role is pivotal to our continued success, providing expert cleaning and valet services that meet the high standards expected by our clients and uphold the Volvo brand’s reputation.

Job Responsibility

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning and valet of Volvo cars
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report findings promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the valet area and equipment
Work efficiently to meet daily schedules while ensuring attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service by representing Paul Rigby Ltd professionally
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with dealership and service teams to support overall operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in vehicle valeting, ideally within the automotive or driving industry
Knowledge of cleaning materials, techniques, and vehicle care best practices
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills to handle multiple vehicles efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to maintain high standards
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
