Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests.

Job Responsibility:

Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Deliver wide range of services
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Create safe workplace

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
