Three to five years previous Rooms Division Management experience required
Candidate must have authorization to work in the United States

Job Responsibility

Direct and control the activities of the Bell Staff and Driveway Staff
Interview and select job applicants for Valet Parking and schedule them to provide maximum guest service within budgeted guidelines
Complete all payroll records on a timely basis
Train and supervise staff in the performance of their duties, conduct performance evaluations and discipline
Ensure a high level of personalized, friendly and courteous service to guests, ensures all vehicles and keys are handled with caution and are properly secured
Ensure accuracy in the collection and posting of all parking charges: institutes controls to maximize revenue and profits
Coordinate the use of other garages for guests and patrons as necessary, ensuring the proper reconciliation of charges
Coordinate the cooperation between the valet parking staff and the concierge staff in handling guest cars, luggage, etc.
Work closely with other hotel departments, particularly sales and catering in coordination special guest or group needs relating to parking services
Ensure all valet parking staff are completely familiar with the hotels facilities, hours of operation, etc., as well as city geography, points of interest, etc.

Job Responsibility

Manage all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite and Return Guests, including coordinate and monitor directly between guest and all necessary departments
Oversee all Elite guests stays
which includes pre-arrival, room allocation, meet and greet upon arrival, and touching base with them through their stay
Determine amenities for all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite and Return Guests and coordinate directly with management team
Review all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite and Return Guests pertinent details with entire operations team
Coordinate guest room special requests with operations team
manage VIP arrivals
Responsible for directing room service amenity servers to ensure appropriate amenity is placed in room prior to guest arrival
Oversee the curbside arrival of VIP guests and ensuring the doormen, valet runners, and bellmen are attending to the guest’s needs
Inspecting the housekeeping room attendant and supervisor’s work in the VIP guest rooms to ensure the quality of the room and cleanliness exceeds the guest’s expectations
