Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is seeking a courteous, service-minded, and safety-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join their Guest Service team. In this front-line role, you will create a memorable first and last impression for guests by ensuring a warm welcome, smooth arrivals and departures, and the secure handling of their vehicles—always reflecting the Golden Rule and the highest standards of Four Seasons hospitality.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome guests arriving by private car, assist them politely, and provide valet tickets when needed
  • Safely drive and park guest vehicles while following all traffic laws, paying close attention to vehicle care and guest safety
  • Inspect vehicles for any existing damage and record all findings accurately on the valet ticket before parking
  • Manage car keys and documentation in coordination with the Valet Cashier, ensuring proper tracking and organization
  • Open hotel doors, greet guests warmly, and offer directional assistance, recommendations, and city information
  • Hail taxis and support guest transportation needs
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism, resolving inquiries or concerns and providing exceptional service at all times
  • Retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely upon request
  • Support Bellman duties when required to maintain seamless Guest Service operations
  • Uphold Four Seasons Standards of Work Rules, grooming, service culture, and professional behavior
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements

  • Valid national driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with confidence operating different types of vehicles
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at an advanced level
  • Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional during peak times and difficult situations
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and assisting guests throughout the shift
  • A positive attitude, polished appearance, and commitment to embodying the Four Seasons service philosophy
