Job Description:

The Valet Parking Assistant is responsible for assisting guests/visitors, monitoring vehicle traffic, providing directions, maintaining parking area safety, and ensuring security of vehicles and keys. The role requires compliance with company policies, safety training, and quality assurance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
