Job Description:

Valet Parker position at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, responsible for assisting guests with vehicle parking, providing directions and information, maintaining parking area safety and security, and delivering luxury hospitality service according to The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience
