Job Description:

The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the hotel's rooms and suites. She/he must carry out her/his work in accordance with Four Seasons standards, paying attention to guests' needs and trying to exceed their expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respect the service sequences for the complete cleaning of the hotel's rooms and suites while complying with Four Seasons standards
  • Ensure equipment in the rooms is working properly and report any anomalies
  • Ensure bed linen and towels are changed according to guest requests
  • Maintain sufficient stocks for continuity of service
  • Keep an up-to-date room report
  • Inform Housekeeper of customer complaints
  • Inform Floorkeeper of technical problems
