Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, creating memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans.

Job Responsibility:

Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Deliver Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Create safe workplace
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
