Job Description:

Join our team as a Valet Attendant in the Laundry & Valet team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. You'll play a key role in ensuring our guests and team members always look their best by handling, processing, and finishing guest clothing and employee uniforms to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive, categorize, and process guest and staff garments
  • Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned to the highest standards
  • Coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of clothing to guest rooms
  • Maintain accurate records of items received and returned
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues
  • Support the wider laundry team as needed

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Pride in appearance and present professionally
  • Service-oriented, proactive
