Job Description:

Responsible for greeting guests, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms, monitoring cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning, and performing other valet-related duties. Requires excellent guest service skills and a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading items safely
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond promptly to requests from guests, Front Desk, or At Your Service
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs and pickups for deliveries
Comply with company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Listen and respond appropriately to coworker concerns
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required.
