This is an individual contributor role, accountable to effectively engage with customers through a multi-channel selling approach and is proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences.
Job Responsibility:
Builds collaborative internal and external relationships that enhance the customer journey, channels customer feedback into the wider organisation and proactively delivers efficient and effective sales administration
Develop multi-channel business plans based on customer insights, with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies and tactical activities that deliver business objectives
Manage business partnership to grow the business, by conducting business review, developing and negotiating on promotional & marketing programs in line with the pricing guidelines that deliver growth
Develop Annual Account Plans with strategic customers to deliver agreed strategic business partnership, not only limited to product standardization and volume target, but also medico-marketing long term initiatives which are aligned with compliance standard that deliver win:win for the customer, GSK and ultimately patient (Patient Focus)
Responsible for end to end in particular account from HCP in term of awareness, recommendation, and establishing relationships with stakeholder (management), to be an expert on account decision making processes
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from any major
Solid experience of working in pharma industry or in related commercial areas
Exposure in cardiovascular and metabolic is an advantage
Consistently deliver strong performance
Demonstrate high standards of compliance
Demonstrates ability to implement and drive excellent business plans & execution
