Job Responsibility

Perform day‑to‑day management of AR collection and receipting activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Keep track, reconcile, and process customer payments in line with financial policies and procedures
Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
Tabulate data and compile regular AR and treasury reports for key stakeholders
Monitor the effectiveness of AR processes and recommend improvements where required
