Job Description

This role supports store leadership by managing and developing retail staff to achieve service excellence and operational goals. It involves leading the team to deliver customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution. The role requires maintaining store standards and ensuring team knowledge of products, services, and procedures. Success is measured by customer experience quality, store performance metrics, and adherence to operational standards. The work impacts the organization by enhancing customer confidence and contributing to financial and operational results.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop retail staff to deliver consistent customer satisfaction and resolve customer needs efficiently
  • Manage store operations to maintain visual standards and adherence to national plan-o-gram guidelines
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, services, promotions, and corporate communications
  • Monitor and support achievement of financial performance indicators and control store expenses
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
