Job Responsibility
Lead and develop retail staff to deliver consistent customer satisfaction and resolve customer needs efficiently
Manage store operations to maintain visual standards and adherence to national plan-o-gram guidelines
Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, services, promotions, and corporate communications
Monitor and support achievement of financial performance indicators and control store expenses
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Less than 2 years 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)
