We are looking for a UX Writer who combines strong content skills with a solid understanding of UX design and product development. You will join a supportive, friendly, and experienced design team where we collaborate closely, share feedback openly, and help each other grow. At Keepit, our design system is less a product and more a partner: it provides clear guidelines, sets the direction for our work, and enables all teams to design consistently and with high quality. Product Designers, UX researchers, UX Writers, and UI Designers at Keepit work together with Management and Engineering from early discovery to final implementation, shaping both the problem and the solution.
Job Responsibility:
Co-own the design system content layer
Defining naming, terminology
Co-creating and evolving content guidelines, and UX writing principles
Ensuring consistency across the product through reusable content patterns
Design content for components and interactions
Writing microcopy
Collaborating with designers to shape how content and design work together
Documenting best practices and examples directly in the design system
Shape end-to-end user experiences
Translating research insights and data into clear content and interaction decisions
Supporting teams in designing understandable, accessible flows across the product
Enable teams and strengthen collaboration
Participating in design reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
Helping other teams use the Experience System correctly through clear guidelines, examples, and content support
Requirements:
Solid understanding of UX principles and how content influences interaction and perception
Experience with UX writing or product content design
Ability to translate insights into practical content and design solutions
Comfort working independently on scoped tasks and managing your own workflow
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across roles and locations
Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for mutual learning and mentoring within the team
Advanced spoken and written English
